Amazing! Delicious! And easy! I cannot wait to make this again next year! Unfortunately though, whoever wrote this recipe down made a mistake. If you watch the actual video, Alex says to roast the turkey at 375, NOT 350. Hopefully someone will catch that and change it!

Wow! This stuffing was so delicious that I ate more of it than any other item on the table. I followed her recipe to the letter and the results were phenomenal. The sourdough bread toasted in butter lends itself to a chewy buttery goodness... Combined with the other favors from the roast turkey juices, vegetables and spices it was by far the BEST side dish on the table.

Never having made thanksgiving, this recipe was simple, delicious, and the turkey was so moist and delicious. The cheesecloth trick is awesome! Also, my family loved the stuffing and gravy!! This is a great recipe for thanksgiving and leaves your family hungry for more!!

I was not looking for a turkey recipe but I am giving this recipe a 5-star because of Alex's Recipe Tip (I saw on her show soaking the cheese cloth in butter and covering the turkey. I stuffed my turkey, seasoned it with salt and pepper and covered it in the butter-soaked cheese cloth just as Alex directed. Took the cheese cloth off about an hour before bird was done. Final result - the bird was beautiful and (even though the bird sat longer then I wanted the meat was very moist and tasty. This is definately a keeper. Thanks for the tip Alex!
