This is a great side dish! I love mushrooms and my husband loves spinach, so we were both very happy! I used cremini (my preference and added just a touch of butter at the end.

I watched Alex's show yesterday and couldn't wait to try the mushroom and spinach recipe and the homemade butter. Both were so easy. The butter is absolutely wonderful. I will be making it weekly. The spinach and mushrooms with the marsala wine were outstanding! I love finding new recipes for mushrooms and this one is a keeper. Love your show.
