These tasted great, but maybe I made the pattys too thick because when they were done they were a little dry. The second time I browned the broken up seasoned meat and added it to a fritatta. DELICIOUS!

We loved this. I forgot to toast the fennel, but I crushed it a bit so the flavor came out anyway. I did reduce the heat a bit, cutting the red pepper and cayanne - but only because of a previous ulcer!! I skipped the eggs, but we had the fresh ricotta, pop-overs, and apples and it was a fabulous brunch. My husband is still talking about it!

It's very good, needs a little tweeking. When I tasted it, I was waiting for a little bite of heat, next time i'll use just a touch more ceyene pepper. My family liked it, it's a great alternative to store bought and I used ground turkey, less expensive.

Amazing! I'll never buy breakfast sausage from the store again. So easy to make.

We loved this sausage. The spices and ratios were spot on. I used it for breakfast with eggs as here, but then also for meatballs in the crockpot with potatoes and sauerkraut.

Very easy and spicy, I like the spice but some of my familt doesn't. I needed to add more salt too, but I would make again.
