This was a great pie and my family loved it. I made a few changes based on other reviewers comments...I doubled the cornstarch and added a pinch of nutmeg. I also dotted the filling with butter, because that is what my grandmother always did when she made pies. The pie didn't last a day in our house. Thanks!

I made this pie for my family and it was DELICOUS.
you can use the recommended amount of blueberries, or you can add more if you have them -- but either way tastes and looks great!
I used 4 tbsp cornstarch for a little bit thicker filling and the pie was perfect.
I'm making it again today to take as a gift to our friends!

Never made a blueberry pie before. This one looked pretty good so I read the reviews and followed everyone's advice on the amount of blueberries (4 cups and added extra cornstarch. That worked out best and the filling was so good I just wanted to eat that and skip the pie crust...

The blueberries taste so fresh and not too syrupy and sticky.
Perfect!

Fantastic and delicious pie! VERY easy to make, and I followed the recipe exactly except for adding 2 Tbsp of corn starch (equaling 4 Tbsp total as other reviewers had mentioned. The filling was perfect - not runny - but not weirdly thick either! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!! I will make this again and again!
