I seriously thought this was going to be gross. I mean, looking at the list of ingredients it seemed that way. I made it. It was super easy - clean up was a breeze! And when it came time to eat it? IT WAS SO GOOD! My husband is VERY picky! And between him and I and our 1-year old we ate about half of the dish. I can't wait for leftovers!

My kids turned their noses up at this dish as I was making it...but when I was finished they couldn't wait to try it (it smelled awesome!. I used "No Yolk" egg noodles, fat free beef franks, 2% milk, 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup & low fat sour cream to cut some of the calories & fat out. I also omitted the bacon 'cause I was too lazy to cook it (I'd have used turkey bacon anyway. I recommend any mom who has a picky family like I do to try this dish - it's awesome!

Yeah, you'd think that this would be pretty terrible. It was great. I didn't use sharp cheddar, I used monterey jack. Also, the hot dogs I used were all beef. Really if you just follow the recipe, you'll have a pretty good meal. It really tastes good. One thing I'd say is to make sure you get your milk/soup/cheese mix to cover all the noodles so they don't dry out.

Over all, this was one of the best recipes I've found.

I made a few changes to the recipe when I made this last night.
    1. I used spinach instead of broccoli.
    2. I grated a little bit of nutmeg on top of the spinach before adding the noodles.
    3. I didn't have any bacon, so that was omitted as was the cheddar cheese.
    4. I forgot to cover it when I baked it. I suppose it would have been creamier had I covered it, but it was awesome never the less.
    Will definitely make this again.
