    Too Spicy

Rated: 2 stars out of 5
My husband made this for Valentine's Day dinner. It was much too spicey, and lots of oil on plate. There was no lobster... taste at all, think the heavy spices - paprika, garlic - over powered the lovely taste of lobster. A waste of lobster - at $39.00 lb!Read more

    Not Good

Rated: 1 stars out of 5
Since I like all the ingredients in this recipe and it had won a contest in Maine, home of the Lobster; I had high hopes for... this. It was terrible. The ingredients do not work together at all and it was terribly greasy.Read more

Good recipe. Requires a lot of lobster. Mine was given to me, so it didn't matter.

Please try this recipe - after only making this one time - its in my book for a "keeper"! I was looking for something to do... with the last 4 lobster in the freezer...this recipe is awesome..i sauteed the lobster first then added it to the liquids. I also used chili oil instead of the pepper flakes..it was great! ..the fragrance of this cooking awoke my napping guest! I have had lobster many ways, and this recipe is superb! we also soaked up the scampi sauce....with beer bread!Read more
