I made this to go with our Christmas dinner last year - it was truly delicious. I do agree with the reviewer that confectioner's sugar works better in the hard sauce than regular sugar. That being said, this was a hit at our house.

At first I thought the batter may be to "watery" and that it would not solidify. I was wrong.
I just finished taking this pudding out of the Crock Pot's Pudding Mold. I took a little taste of the "Pudding" from the bottom of it, it was heavenly. I know my husband will love it as much as I do. I can't wait to make another one.
