We have made this over and over since finding it on your website. It just gets better and better. I found that using chicken tenders for the chicken was quick plus I fried the chicken in the pan and while the chicken cools I cook the onions. It cools really quickly plus the flavor of the meat is so much better. You all gotta try this for an easy and different meal which is the greatest.

I gave this recipe five stars because the whole family liked it (including two year old and my husband ate every last bite. No left-overs. The cornbread topping is a must .

We loved this it was soo yummy and simple. We added a little avocado and sour cream with extra cheese and it was so very tasty. A different version to chili and the man of the house loves to eat chicken more often so This was PERFECT. I like it cause I only have one pan to cook with. Thanks !!

When I picked this recipe I was looking for a white chili, but that's not what this is. However, this was a super easy, great tasting chili. The cheddar hushpuppy crust was a nice touch! My family really like this recipe. Plus this was even better the next day.

This was a hit with my family. I added a little Franks Red Hot sauce on top and it gave it that extra kick. We'll be eating this again.

This is really worth serving another time. Totally quick and easy. I cut the corn off 2 ears and added, along with a couple heaping tbls of sour cream to the mexture making it a little more white and tasty. I will serve this to friends on my next skiing trip!

Doubled the chiles, added a small can of corn and added hot sauce and it was still a little bland. Consistency was thin as well.
