    I made this recipe tonight and my boyfriend and I loved it!!! It was delicious!!! However, I did make some modifications....I added 1/2 red bell pepper and 1/2 green bell pepper instead of just green. Also, I added a couple chopped chipotles in adobo sauce and 1 pickeled jalapeno. Oh, and I added sweet corn off the cob of 2 cobs and added it with the rest of the veggies (onion, garlic, and spices. Hmmm...I guess I made alot of changes. but nonetheless, it was fantastic. Oh! And I don't own a cast iron skillet so I made all of this in a 12 in. Cuisinart saute pan.
