Ok. I got to say that my girlfriend eats like a bird when we go out to eat. Honestly, I should order one meal, after eating it let her lick the plate and she would be full. Not to say she is a dog or anything....just saying she is very small and doesn't eat much.
However, this meal was completely different. She had the whole plate and had seconds for the first time in over 2 years of dating her. She commented and I agreed that this meal is one of the best we have had made. I have to say the prep time is a little long but it is well worth the wait.

Although the dish was very expensive to make, it was so worth it! I honestly can't wait to make it again. My husband loves the wraps from Pei Wei but said this recipe is better than Pei Wei!!! The kids also loved the wraps!

Very good for a large group. Tasted great. The only drawback with the preparation time but results were worth the time.

This was a hit! I really enjoyed the sauce, however I thought it was a bit watery. Maybe it was due to doubling the recipe. It was an easy recipe, but the prep time took about an hour. This is a much healither version than the restaurant. I plan to make it again, but with tofu.

I love the Chicken Lettuce Wraps at PF Changs and so when I saw these, I couldn't resist... My fiance was a bit skeptical when I told him what we were having for dinner - lets be honest, "lettuce wraps" do not exactly sound male- friendly! However, he really enjoyed them. We found them to be very filling, with leftovers! In a side by side comparison, mine did not come out exactly like the ones they serve at the restaurant, but they were certainly tasty and I would make them again. With so few recipes on this site similar to this, I was happy with results. While not identical to the original, this "copy that!" recipe held its own!

Receiving your magazine with this recipe was perfect timing. I was planning to make it a very similar recipe this week until I discovered your Almost Famous recipe inside. (I have made the other recipe before -- and it was okay but not great. Needless to say -- I used your recipe yesterday and it wasoutstanding. Because we do not like mushrooms, I omitted the "shrooms" and added diced bamboo shoots. (Oh yeah -- I didn't make the noodles, because we didn't want the extra calories. My husband asked for this to be a standard item in our regular meal rotation. (He loved it! THANKS!!!!!
