You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup adobo
  • 3/4 cup paprika
  • 3/4 cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons ground allspice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store in air-tight container. Remember... low and slow.

    I found a recipe in March issue of Food & Wine, Al Roker Spicy Beef Chili.
    I gave the job to my husband to make and it was wonderful, just like I like it. Find the recipe. So if the chili is good I'm going to try the rub
