Really, really delicious, and easy to make. The only thing I would suggest is to be sure to crisp up the skin on the wings, either by leaving them in a little longer or using a convection oven. Those that were crispier were much better than those with soft skin. Don't hesitate to make these. They're not fried so you can feel virtuous eating them!

IT was delicious! Left it in the oven a little longer to get the skin a tad bit crispier....next time will try to broil instead and maybe baste too. BUt, this was my FIRST time making wings and this was simple and delish....gotta try it. seems much better than frying.

This was my first time making wings and I absolutely loved these. I like that I don't have to deep fry them. I kept a few out of the hot sauce and used BBQ instead for my son. The steaming removed a lot of the fat. I broiled mine and the skin was so crunchy. This is a keeper for sure!

I made the wings for Super Bowl, really good. You would never know they weren't fried, the skin was very crispy. My only suggestion is double the sauce, wings really need to have extra sauce. Good easy recipe, thank you Alton.

These are amazing! It is amazing how much grease cooks out so that these are tender, juicy, crispy and perfect! Use the recipe for ANY variety of sauce. I made a teryaki version for those who don't like too much heat and they were as good as the hot wings

The wings were great! Followed the recipe exactly and loved it. Very crispy and a great and healthier alternative to frying!
