OMG! Was very delicious and hot! Just right for Sunday night football! This is a more healthy way to prepare buffalo wings and easier too!

Outstanding. Nice and crispy outside and moist and tender inside. Perfect wings recipe.

Because I did not have a steamer basket handy I crumbled up some pieces of aluminum foil and put them into a pot so it would allow for about an inch of water. I then took another piece of foil, punched some small holes in it and put it into the pot so it created a platform on which I put the chicken. It worked well as my steamer.
The chicken was fantastic. Looking forward to making it again.

Great wings! Not too spicy, just enough heat. I used Frank's Red Hot sauce. The men and the ladies liked them, a read crowd pleaser. Definitely making these again!

These wings were amazing! I made them for our Super Bowl party and they were a big hit! My husband and I grew up near Buffalo NY and moved away a fe years ago, struggling to find good wings. My husband said these were his new favorite wings, way better than we have found at any area restaurants. Even better is the fact that they aren't fried. I did not use the wing sauce, I used our favorite bottled one.
