Well worth the effort and a family favorite. Tried many other cooking methods in past 40 years and this beats them all.

I made this recipe for friends and family along with some other choices of dishes I prepared for a Super Bowl party. Without question, the wings were the first to disappear. Easy recipe, no frying, no mess but they have the taste of fried wings. This is my go to recipe for any wing night! Thank you Alton! You have done it again, as usual.

I tried these for super bowl Sunday and have made them almost weekly for my family. I did change the way the way the recipe says to cook them-I just bake them in the oven on parchment paper turning occasionally until they are golden and crispy. I also add a bit more hot sauce and cayenne as we like them Hot!!

These are fantastic!!! My family absolutely loved them and how great we didn't have to drag out the fryer to make them.

This was without a doubt the nastiest, most disgusting chicken wing I have ever had. I am still so angry about wasting all these wings I could just spit. I could smack Mr. Brown right in the mouth for lying about what these were going to be like. Who in their right mind can say that a baked wing is going to taste like a fried one? They tasted exactly like I thought they would. If you want fried wings, fry them.

These are absolutely delicious! Definitely a favorite for everyone I've made them for. The only negative thing I can say is the cook time is extremely too long. The first time i made them I followed directions to a T and they ended up so dry they were almost in-edible. After that I cut time atleast in half and they are perfect. Maybe my wings are smaller, I dunno!
