NEVER, EVER cook this on a grill pan indoors! I did, and I've spent three days alternately soaking and scrubbing, trying to get the cooked-on molasses residue out of my cherished All Clad grill pan without destroying its finish. It's making me forget how good the chops and sauce were.

My family absolutely loved it. I did what everyone else did & thought the description did not sound appealing...But when I read all the 5 star ratings, I thought I better try it out. It was surprisingly easy to make, and it tasted amazing! I added roasted new red potatoes cut, seasoned & broiled. I wish I had made more of the sauce because dipping the potatoes in the sauce was incredible as well. My family told me to definitely make again. One other great thing is that it cost under $10 for the entire meal feeding 4!

The look on my family's face when told the ingredient list was humorus, but the pork chops came out perfect. FYI 6 oz by weight is a little under 1/2 cup.
    Must try receipe

My neighbor made these and said that I had to make them for my family...otherwise I would have never tried them! I don't particularly like pork chops but these were AMAZING! The glaze helps keep the pork chops super moist and they were very easy to make. I usually marinate them for about 5-6 hours and my glaze usually takes about 30 min to reduce to the right consistency. After I made these I immediately emailed my friends and family the recipe!

I've been using this marinade on lamb, since I figured that was another meat that can handle some sweetness. It's absolutely delicious. (I do cook the lamb chops in the broiler, by the way, but I'm sure it would be good on the grill as well.

This is probably one of the best pork chop recipe I've had. I made it for my family and they all went "WOW". Not just a little wow, but a big one. It's very easy to make and LOVE the flavor! I'm going to try it with other meat as well. Alton Brown you are amazing!

I had a maridade for beef that used coffee. It was the best ever but I lost it. After seeing the episode about this just had to try it. It was incredibly delicious and the family said it was definitely a keeper!! The pork chops marinated for about 24 hours cause something came up and couldn't cook them earlier. It just made them that much more yummy!
