I made this cake for my friends over the weekend and can't believe how much they like it. It take a while to get the egg white to reach the medium peak but I think it worth it.

This recipe is EASY and tastes great. The first time i made this cake, it turned out perfectly and i had never made an angel food cake before. My second attempt is cooling right now. Instead of using egg whites that i had separated, i bought a carton of egg whites at the store (i never know what to do with the leftover yolks!. It all whipped up wonderfully, and once it cools we'll see how it tastes : i HIGHLY recommend this recipe. watching the show beforehand might help understand some of the instructions better, though.

This cake tastes great and is so easy to make. You will be the star of any event with this cake - people are always impressed with angel food cake from scratch.

This cake was not what I expected. I wanted a lighter, fluffier, less sweet, less dense cake. I was somewhat dissatisfied. I don't think much of this cake and do not encourage anyone to make this marshmallowy substance.
