    A waste of asparagus. If I had wanted to eat hunks of cream cheese I should have lain down til the impulse passed.

    Very easy to make, very flavorful. In addition to asparagus I also used red bell pepper, looked more festive, especially with Xmas around the corner.

    This is very interesting way to eat asparagus!
    I had to sub the quark for ricotta cheese because I couldn't find it or farmers cheese.
    The anchovies cannot be detected in the terrine.
