LOVE this recipe, I used lime instead of lemon juice. Great on fresh corn on the cob. That's how my kids like it. We didn't wait for it to chill, used some of it fresh, keeps longer in the freezer, then cut sections off the log for whatever you need it for. SUPER, my kids ask for it all the time, their favorite on corn.

Looked so good that I made a double batch right away. From the spoon licking afterwards, I cant wait for it to set up! I may be giving out with holiday gifts!!

This might be one of the best things I've ever had. The butter is super creamy and spreads wonderfully. It was SO DELICIOUS on grilled bread! Also was delicious when we spread it on the bacon we were crisping up for collard greens. I will definitely make this again and be using it on a BLT in the future!!!!

I made this butter, and put it on some baked Tilapia filets and served it with Rice Pilaf and Roasted Potatoes. Tasted great.

Used it on a version of a BLT: turkey bacon, spinach, tomato, with havarti cheese. AMAZING sandwich, btw. Didn't have fancy bread; just used wheat sandwich bread. Still awesome. This, as always, was also a very informative episode. Next time I might try it on fish. Mmmm. Thanks Alton!

I didn't have the lemon juice and discovered I had no cilantro so had to substitute dried parlsey flakes. Even with these two changes this was amazing (I did need to add some salt which is not mentioned in this recipe. I used about a 1/4 of an avocado (in my mix so there wasn't much. I smeared some over a steamed corn cob and the remainder of what was in the dish over a pice of garlic ciabatta with havarti and turkey. It was incredibly tasty too. Next time I will try to get it done using all the ingredients.

I made this about a month ago. We had it gone super fast! I loved eating it on my wraps that I usually make for lunch. Very tasty! Now that the hubby is back to work after winter layoffs I can't wait to make another batch so I can make some yummy sandwiches for his lunch. Thanks AB!
