I'm not a fan of butter at all, but I plan on putting this avocado butter on everything! This has to be the simplest, but must rewarding recipe I've come across. Thanks Alton!

So simple to make and delicious. The cumin is a great touch. Just had it on a turkey sandwich with some cucumbers, absolutely amazing.

It's delicious, and so easy to make!
It's perfect on almost everything, from sandwiches to steak. Makes me wish I had an avocado tree in my backyard so I could always have some on hand.

I used this in a california crepe recipe- chicken, bacon, avocado and lots of veggies. The perfect spread so I could still roll the crepes!

If you get tired of putting it on grilled butterfly pork chops, chicken breast, or corn, you can always just eat it with a spoon straight out of the wrapper...

    Excellent.

At first I was thinking that it would be good and it was but it was almost sickening from the amount of fat from all the butter and the fat in the avocado. But is good with corn and anything else that u would use normally with butter.

I made this with fairly low expectations, but I had just bought a new food processor so I wanted to play with it. It's SO GOOD! I put it on my sandwiches every single day. I plan to always have a batch in the fridge.

Absolutely wonderful. Tried it first on chicken, excellent...then I tried it on pasta last night as another reader suggested and it was fantastic. Next time I will double the recipe as it doesn't last long. Thanks Alton, as usual.
