But it is still good. I've only tried it with steamed sweet corn that was dusted lightly with salt and it was so tasty. I'm hoping to try it with some grill fish or chicken this week.

This is an amazing recipe. I made it with Salmon and even my kids loved it! (and it's green! This will be a staple in my refrigerator. Great on Pasta also, per my sister!

AB has done it again. This compound butter is fantastic and easy. Alton's work with avocados has chaged my culinary attitude toward the "alligator pear". I definately recommend this with anything, on chicken, baked with salmon, mixed into eggs, tons of possibilities. Thanks AB.

I made followed the recipe and used it with grilled chicken. Also garnished with fresh avocado.

My wife and I were really happy with the flavor. I had no idea what it would taste like. It's really different, very good.

Not entirely sure how the other reviewer could eyeball the recipe and rate it 4 stars without actually making it.
