    Excellent in it's simplicity. AB is the man. I loved the bitterness of the radicchio, but the vinaigrette can be used on so many different things. I look forward to using it again on other things.

    Great recipe. I sprinkled a little olive oil on the radicchio prior to putting it on the grill. And the dressing would be terrific on spinach salad, too..

    i love this episode i think thay should run a 1 half day marathon of just good eats and i love the opening i time it when it says good eats if anyone agree's with me about the marathon just emal me my email is farcry332@live.com

    I had two heads of radicchio and not much else and needed a grilled side dish. This was a winner! I did soak the quartered pieces in cold water for about an hour. This made them less bitter, though the grilling does a good job making them less bitter, too.

    I loved the combination of the smoky vinaigrette with the bitter radicchio. I also don't think it's fair to give a recipe one star because you don't personally like the main ingredient.

    I found the dressing to be absolutely tasty. I did however find the radicchio lettuce to be quite bitter and unappealing. Everyone discarded the salad before continuing on to the rest of the meal. Won't be making again.

    this is by far the best vinagerette that i have ever had, i love altons show, i watch is 2-3 times every day. his show is just the best thing ever. this is exactly what i have been looking for. THANK YOU ALTON!!!
