These were super-easy and very flavorful. My husband and I both loved them. I, too, used only ground beef (no lamb or pork on hand and they turned out great.

These were great. A lot of flavor, not greasy and I loved the slight crunch from the breadcrumb coating.

Alton Brown's recipes are sometimes really involved and complex, but this one is so easy! It's really fool-proof, which is necessary in my house. Thanks, Alton!

These meatballs were almost perfect. My husband thought they were perfect. I'm not a real lamb fan, and I could taste it a bit too much. The next time I made them, I cut back on the lamb but still used some, and added some sweet italian sausage.

Made these over the weekend. Terrific! No, I did't weigh them nor bake them in a muffin tin. Used a wire rack on a baking sheet. Also, added grated lemon rind for extra flavor. These rank up there with America's Test Kitchen recipe.
