This recipe was wicked easy to do, and the meatballs came out perfect. I have tried this recipe twice now and have had success both times. Try it!

Once you eat Alton's meatballs there's no way you can eat anything else. These are amazing. For a twist, try them with spaghetti squash instead of pasta. Yum!

These are the best meatballs I have ever tasted. My husband absolutely loves them, and so does his family. They are very simple to make for a great reward.

I omit the red pepper so that my children will actually eat the meatballs, but I love this recipe. Easy to put together and cook up, which, as everyone knows, is an anomaly for Alton Brown's recipes (not that I don't love him regardless. Also, there's no finding ground lamb where I live, so I use 1 pound of ground pork and 1/2 pound of ground beef.

Honestly! If you have ever had a dry meatball, these are NOT them! The mixture of meats and the variety of herbs and spices makes these, by FAR, the most amazing meatballs I have ever had. They are a great way to spend time with your significant other and talk about your day while cooking great food together!

I used lean ground beef for this recipe. I didn't have garlic powder so I minced 1 clove of garlic. I don't have a pan to catch the grease so I sauteed them in the pan. These meatballs are very flavorful. I think this recipe is a keeper! Thanks AB.

Spectacular tasting. Using panko breadcrumbs on the outside is not traditional but adds great texture.
