I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. I love fish, but I am not expert on preparing it. This is the first firsh recipe I've tried and it was really very good. I will make it again.

I never do much with fish except fry it, but I took a chance especially with the stuffing part of the recipe. My husband loved it! I was suprised it came out so tasty and so easy to make. Oh, I improvised though... I used freshly steamed rice as the bedding and baked only the fish. I still got the idea from the recipe, so thank you.

I used light cream and less cheese to lessen the calories and it was still great. My husband, not a fish lover, said to make it again.
This would be a nice dish for guests.

I made this tonight and my husband and I really enjoyed it. I used fresh spinach whih was really I think made a big taste and texture difference from frozen. I also added about 6 button mushrooms which I diced before cooking with the spinach. My 4 year old didn't really like the cheese sauce, I think it was the wine, but we enjoyed it.

Everthing was very good, I would add alittle more spice to it however. Maybe a pinch of cayene to give it some heat. Overall the family enjoyed it very much.

This dish is fairly easy to make and tastes great. I enjoyed the citrus flavor mixed with the spinache.
