I have never been a big banana fan but this recipe looked so cool that I went out and bought an ice cream machine and it was totally worth it. Even if bananas are not your favorite fruit give this a try. It is very subtle. Just enough banana, not too much and a great cream finish to the taste. I have made so many people try this that didn't want to and they have all asked for more.

Very good recipe. I substituted the fresh sqeezed lemon juice with the bottle lemon juice and it worked just fine. I also used a cuisinart ice cream/yogurt machine to use this recipe and it worked well.

Easiest Banana Ice Cream recipe ever. Rich and very banana...serve with chocolate sauce and whipped cream or over hot brownies!
