All 5 of us who tried the banana ice cream found that there was way too much banana flavor. 2 would have been enough. Had to kill the taste with either hot fudge or strawberries. Sorry Alton.

Pretty good but i added sweetened condensed milk for more sweet and creamy flavor....alton brown is hot!!

Not nearly as good as I thought this would be. A waste of bananas. I even put chocolate and walnuts in it but it still wasn't the best.

This was good, but a little odd. I think it was the flavor of the corn syrup, so next time I make it, I'll use sugar.

this makes a fantastic and simple ice cream! Since I can not seem to get a cooked ice cream to work, I saw this episode of "Good Eats" and thought to give it a try. My wife and I changed the recipe a tad to include 2.5 oz of coco and some chocolate chips. It came out of the freezer and almost did not make it to the chill chest it was so good!
