I don't think using an electric knife is easy - nor is it a common kitchen gadget as far as I know!

This is VERY easy to make and the results are wonderful! I have actually used the same method with pork loin (I did bread the pork, though and it was fantastic! Chicken is next! I am a pretty darned good cook, but I continue to get better the more I watch Good Eats. Thanks again AB for another wonderful lesson. Good Eats is definitely the best show on FN, and just might be the best show on TV!

Everytime I cooked it, it came out a little tough. I will have to try another type of beef next time.

Ok, Alton, it's Christmas Day, and I did everything you said. The meat IS good, but I feel like I've been workin' out! I tried your idea on a homemade beef beater, and between that and the stupid electric knife (I obviously have a very bad one I feel like my right arm is gonna fall off! Love ya very much-but a warning-it ain't easy!
