And easy too. Can't wait to try other fruits with it!

This was a great breakfast! The nutmeg is what makes this recipe so yummy and interesting. This is a great recipe to make for someone who needs a pick-me-up.

I used frozen blueberries therefore had to bake it about 5-7 minutes longer. But the taste was great, with a nice light and airy texture due to the cake flour. It's best right out of the oven!

I made this with frozen blueberries that I thawed, and all purpose flour that I sifted twice and then weighed for the correct amount. I baked it for five minutes longer because I only had an 8x8, not a 9x9. I love it! I want to experiment with other kinds of fruit, like apples or raspberries.

I made this for brunch. It was easy and DELICIOUS!! I used all purpose flour instead of cake flour, subtracting 2 Tbsp. for each cup. I will make this again soon and often!

I made this recipe with frozen blue berrys. It turned out fabulous. It wasn't too sweet and everyone at worked loved it. They told me I could make another anytime. I have to extend the cooking time a little but I just watched it till it got good and brown then removed it. This is a great easy recipe to do. I've got a Christmas party coming up and plan on taking this to it.

Using frozen blueberries significantly increased the bake time for this recipe, even if you let the unbaked product sit out for 30 minutes to thaw. But the end result is well worth the wait!

I made this hoping to get my husband to like blueberries (he claimed he didn't like them but probably only had had fake ones in muffin mix?. Now he LOVES them, thanks to Alton for this yummy recipe.
