My go-to veggie dish for potlucks. Ramen noodles add good structure and texture. Just make sure the bleu cheese dressing is mild, otherwise you might want to cut back on it a little.

Followed the recipe to a "T" except for the part about sauteeing the mushrooms - didn't see the instructions until I mixed them in - and adding bite-sized pieces from two ham steak slices. WOW! What great flavor. This makes a wonderful all-in-one casserole. And lining the dish with non-stick aluminum foil, instead of oil, made clean-up a cinch. This is a keeper... and one I'll be serving frequently.

I followed most of this recipe and added some of my own additions such as green onions to the mushrooms when I sauteed them. I also used sour cream in place of the yogurt. The recipe was delicious. I intend to add diced chicken the next time I make it, which would make it truly a complete meal.

I've made this for the last 4-5 years for Thanksgiving. It's been a HUGE hit every time. It's truly fantastic!!!

Was pretty skeptical that the odd combination of ingredients would turn into an edible dish. Loved it though. Put it into three plastic containers to reheat at work. Ate on of them immediately.

This dish hardly ever makes it to leftovers! Great combination of broccoli, mushrooms and mixing mayo with yogurt and blue cheese dressing; great stuff; I've made this time and again myself; and on those lovely occasions when my wife asks what I want I simply say "The Broccoli..." married bliss... Thanks Alton for this recipe.

This as slightly different from most broccoli casseroles. I did not have ramen noodles. Instead, I substituted 4 handfuls if egg noodles. I also did not have blue cheese dressing, I added a bit more mayo and sour cream along with ranch seasonings. I sautéed onions with the mushrooms. It was okay.
