We also added some cooked and cubed chicken in this, it was great!

I loved this casserole. I did add a half can of diced tomatoes as one reviewer suggested and I added a little more dressings ( blue cheese and ranch dressing combined . I also used sour cream instead of yoghurt and I used oriental flavor ramen. It was moist and delicious. I would definitely make this again.

My family loved this recipe. it is very easy to make and very good. I made it again 2 nights later to take to a sick relative. Second time turned out just as good as the first.

I liked the way the presentation was done and the way it looked after it came out of the oven.

I enjoyed the broccoli & mushrooms. I just wasn't crazy about the yogurt but that's just my personal flavor. I would definately make it again, but perhaps I'll sub the yogurt for sour cream instead.

I thought this was very, very good. The ONLY reason I gave it only 4 stars was because the blue cheese dressing was a little overwhelming. I would probably just use less next time... even though I LOVE blue cheese, it kind of drowned out all the other flavors. Might have been the Ken's Steakhouse brand I used, too... it's a little stronger than most dressings out there. I did make it a day in advance and simply covered it and refrigerated until I was ready to bake, and it still tasted great. This was the first Alton Brown recipe I made. I love the show and I am definitely not disappointed with the turnout! Even my picky hubby raved about it. :- Thanks Alton!

This has become the family favorite. It is incredibly easy to make and my 2 1/2 year old twins LOVE it. To make it a full meal, I skin & chop up some rotisserie chicken and add red/yellow/orange sweet peppers to the deal. Everyone who eats this at my house asks for the recipe. Also, sometimes I switch up the cheese to whatever is handy in the fridge. Thanks for this versatile dinner delight.

I intended to halve this recipe (I only had 3 cups broccoli, but when it came to adding the eggs I spaced it and added the 2 eggs called for, not 1. It was absolutely fantastic, rich and custardy, almost remenicent of a savory bread pudding. It cut and stood up beautifully in thick squares on the plate. It could definitly be a main course for a lite dinner or brunch. I don't know if I will ever be able to make the recipe as its supposed to be. So my advice - double the eggs. Oh, and if you don't add the ramen noodles its pretty carb free.
