This casserole may sound a little funky but it's a must try! I replaced the blue cheese with ranch because i had it on hand, and it was still delicious. I will definitely make this again with various ingrediants. Thanks Alton!

After a new years resolution to eat more veggies, I ran across this recipe (by my absolute favorite Food Network chef and I just had to try it. 5* six...no ten, if that were an option. Since neither my H nor I care for Blue Cheese dressing we subbed it with Ranch. Perfection, slightly tanging and creamy. We also used low fat plain yogurt and low fat mayo, but ruined it with full fat cheddar. Oh Well can be good all the time. Another Alton Brown recipe to add to my regular rotation. Thanks for sharing Alton!

Turned out perfectly. Served it as a side dish at thanksgiving last year, need not say there was no leftovers!

I love the broccoli casserole. I make it all the time and I let my friends try it up at school and they all wanted to know the recipe. It is a big hit.

This came out pretty dry. I used a bag frozen broccoli, which I don't even think came close to how much was supposed to be used in the recipe. The taste was good, and my husband liked it, so I will try again. My kids wouldn't even touch it.
