I loved the subtle lemon flavor, and the glaze was not overpowering as I was afraid it would be. It worked well with individual frozen sockeye fillets too - just thawed them, patted them dry, then followed the directions as is. Wonderful and easy!

This is the best Salmon recipe I have ever eaten. I cook it exactly like the recipe states, and my son asks for this again and again. I've made it over a dozen times and it comes out perfect every single time.

Maybe it is because I top my blueberry muffins with lemon sugar, but this was very strange. I added a pinch of cayenne, but it still tasted like caramelized sugar on top of fish. Not so good eats in my opinion. Sorry Alton!

I overcooked it, i think 3" was not far enough away.I squeezed half a lemon over top of fish also. was easy to prepare and do.If i had something negitive to say...sweetness over powered fish slightly.

My husband is still eating...I made 2 pounds. Very tasty. I thought it might be too sweet but it had a subtle taste of sweetness.

Always looking for an easy & tasty way to cook salmon for those who are not fans of it. This was it and they ask for more. It is now an offical go-to recipe in the house.
