What a great easy recipe! Used light brown sugar since I didn't have dark brown, used juice of 1/2 lemon with the lemon zest out of 1 lemon since I didn't want to waste another lemon to get the extra lemon zest. Started ~5 inches from the broiler for ~ 4min then moved it up to the 3 inches fro the rest of the 4 min. Came out great and the whole family loved it! Next time I'll cut the cooking time to 6 min. since I thought it came out a little drier than it should be. Thanks so much for the recipe! Definite keeper!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. The salmon was moist and tender and even my husband who dislikes salmon loved it. Only prob I had was the sugar started to burn and smoke after 4 minutes, so I put it on a lower rack. Total time to reach 131 degrees was about 10 minutes. Since wild caught salmon is in season now, we will be having this at least once a week.
