Woo-hoo! The first review, well for those who are toying around with making this recipe, let me tell you it is wonderful! The only thing I would say is if you don't like vinegar, ease up on the 1/2 cup Alton recommends. If you put in the entire 1/2 cup, it comes out a little strong.
But as always... Alton comes up with a great one!

I liked the recipe although the vinegar taste is a little strong. I mixed it with a 5-bean casserole recipe to cut the vinegar. It was very easy to prepare and I even cooked the brown rice in the microwave!

I love cooking rice in the oven- saves burner space & the rice comes out perfect every time. I use this recipe at least once a week with a few variations depending on the main course. Would maybe recommend going a little easy on the vinegar especially if accessory dishes are acid.

This is an Awsome dish good hot or cold.
If you dont have fresh Dill do not use the equivilent amount in ground or it is too strong.
