    Never had brussels sprouts growing up as a kid, guess my parents did enjoy them. So I was brave and had them for the first time in my life using this recipe. Loved them! Will be making these over and over and over again! Thanks AB for another winner.

    Eww! Do NOT EVER BOIL. Brussels sprouts!!! EVER! *gag*

    Cut in half and and sear cut side down in the bacon grease after cooking the onion. Proceed with the rest of the recipe.

    Uggh. Still shuddering. Boiling Brussels sprouts. Who in the world ?!? *grumblemutter*

    OMG these are delicious. I've never been a fan of the sprout, til now. We will have these on a regular basis from now on. SO Yummy.

    Thanksgiving will never be the same! We have to have these Brussel Sprouts along with the Alton Brown Brine Turkey. Only mmmmmmm's are heard at the table. Sincerely, Leilani
