    I've always liked brussels sprouts but my family didn't. This recipe is a game changer and is now a staple in our diets! We make this about once a month and for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. If you don't like brussels sprouts, TRY THIS RECIPE and you will change your mind.

    I love this dish, I serve it mixed in with bowtie pasta for a main dish. I did add a little more bleu cheese than the recipe calls for.

    I've made this 3 times so far since Thanksgiving & my daughters & I absolutely love them. Even my sister & brother-n-law are requesting me to make this dish for them (they only had a sample of what was left over from my kids & they were drawn in.
