Yum! Had this for breakfast yesterday. I don't care for soy milk, so I used coconut milk instead. I also added a scoop of whey protein powder. I skipped allowing it to partially thaw overnight in the fridge, and my blender blasted it into creamy, ice-cream like smoothness. Will definitely be making this one again, (and again, and again.

This is so Decadent. I did however make some changes but not enough to change the flavor much. I didn't have soy milk to used nonfat organic milk in it's place. Also didn't have frozen peaches so I used 4 oz. of sliced apple(with the skin on. I also added 2 Tbs of flax seed. It was wonderful and healthy!! I froze the leftovers so I can try it as a dessert as he recommended.

Excellent. I feel great doing this for breakfast. I've been making these for a few months now and I also mix it up a bit based on what's on hand. The basic idea has so many options.

Thank You Alton for giving me a go-to breakfast!

I add 2 handfuls of spinach to this and make a green smoothie - you cannot taste the spinach, and it is awesome!

Awesome. Although there is plenty of insoluble fiber, I added 2 Tbls Benefiber for added soluble fiber.

Great smoothie recipe. Key is to be sure you use at least one frozen fruit (I prefer bannana if evrything else is fresh. I also use a scoop of sugar free whey protein powder.
