Best smoothie I've tried - love it! I subbed in blackberries for strawberries because that's what we had in the fridge...tasted great!

Thick and delicious. I'll be having one of these tomorrow morning as well.

Awesome. Although there is plenty of insoluble fiber, I added 2 Tbls Benefiber for added soluble fiber.

Great smoothie recipe. Key is to be sure you use at least one frozen fruit (I prefer bannana if evrything else is fresh. I also use a scoop of sugar free whey protein powder.

Delicious! The best smoothie I ever made. One recommendation: you should definitely try vanilla almond milk [preferably Almond Breeze] instead of soy milk. It adds a little extra flavor and sweetness. I used some V8 Fusion Acai Mixed Berry Juice, but I'd also recommend the pomegranate juice to give it some tartness.

Excellent smoothie, sweet but not too sweet, and very filling. I substituted mango for the peaches. For those who say they don't like soy milk, give it a try anyway; it's not like you taste it in this smoothie anyway.

This is a great formula that I use every morning for my breakfast, thanks to Alton Brown. I use any combination of 8 oz of liquids (milk, juices, yogurt, etc and 16 oz of frozen fruit. A kitchen scale with a tare function makes this a snap, even in my sleepy daze first thing in the morning!

My husband doesn't like smoothies. He loves this one. It is inexpensive and quickly made as well as nourishing. Holds me over until lunch time without that hungry feeling.

I put whey protein and a pinch of orange juice. Along with the other ingredients, this makes it a great drink to have before a workout.

I make mine this way but if you use a Ninja (chops ice easily you don't need to let it sit overnight. I use Greek yogurt w 14 gr protein. I make less, single servings, and let it sit for about 10 minutes before pulsing. Sometimes it is too thick if you use completely frozen fruit so I might try this way tho, so it's completely ready to go first thing in the morning. You can also freeze your yogurt if it's close to expiring or if you need an ice ingredient the same way as a frozen fruit.
