    Overall an eccelent recepie. I cut down the rice wine vinegar a bit because it has too strong of a flavor. Be sure not to overstuff the roll, and be prepared to make a mess

    This was my first try at sushi and Alton does a great job here! His show gave me the courage to try something I'd always been afraid to do :

    The only thing is that he says to cut the nori sheets in half. I found that to be a wee bit small for everything he said to put in there. Next time, I'd cut maybe 1/4 of the sheet off, just to allow some breathing room. Perhaps a more experienced sushi maker could roll them with that much nori, but not I :D

    I did use real crab (on TV, he used Krab. Got some King crab legs, defrosted them under cool water, shelled, patted dry.

    Really good stuff. Will definitely do again!
