I have made this three times and each time it has been a hit. I worked it into my Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to satisfy my carb-avoid brother, since it only calls for a half-cup of bread crumbs and was reasonably low carb. But everyone chowed it down. I think it will be my new substitute for mac and cheese.

We really enjoyed this - even the non-cauliflower folks went back for seconds. We substituted almond flour for the bread crumbs to make it a low carb meal. This will be in regular rotation come fall and winter.

I made this exactly as printed, and it definitely is very good. I didn't think it was fall-out-of-your-chair delicious, but the husband and son both said it was the absolutely best cauliflower dish they had EVER eaten. They were definitely wowed, and this be a go-to dish for company I want to impress. bit time consuming to make, though.

Delicious, we use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs , and is great. Great recipe for people in a low carbohidrate diet. Thank you .

Simply Yum. And, with regard to the program it was hosted on, "The Caul of the Flower"; awesome education. Thank you AB!

very good and easy to make. I used light cream instead of heavy and it turned out well--next time, I may even try milk. You can also cut out the additional cheese added at the end. It browns nicely in the oven.
This is a great alternative to making mac&cheese. The cauliflower acts like a noodle. This will be made again--probably as a double recipe with a few extra veggies and maybe with a different cheese to change it up a bit.

Easy, wonderful and delicious! Used half & half and colby cheese...also X-tra cayenne pepper! Will make again and again.

Delicious and addictive. A bit heavy.
