I made this slaw after watching Alton make it on TV and took it to a pot luck dinner. Everyone loved the dish and could not believe that it was made with cauliflower. I also gave a dish of it to a "health nut" friend and she said it tasted like a gourmet dish. Fast, fun and delicious!

I made one very similar to this just substituted two things still came out great. I was looking for ideas for cauliflower. I will add all these ingredients and do it this way bet it tastes better than mine did. Thanks Alton love your show so does my son. look forward to more episodes. Happy Holidays.

It's wonderful, but the step-by-step appears to have no step for adding the dressing. It was just made and set aside. No big deal, but someone might want to correct it.

Tastes great and very healthy for you. Good interpretation of Tabbouleh. I did refrigerate overnight before eating.
