    Wow, this is a wonderful twist for Mashed sweet potatoes. Full of flavor and super easy to make! I added a bit of lime juice and zest, yummy!

    Best tasting sweet potato recipe, made them for Thanksgiving feast, and people who usually hate sweet potatoes, loved it; but that's to be expected with AB's recipes. Only Food Network show I watch. As they say, Alton rocks.

    This recipe is very simple to prepare, yet the flavors are rich and complex. The sweetness of the potatoes combined with the smokiness and heat of the peppers is excellent!

    I prepared these for thanksgiving and was completely taken with the blend of flavors!
    The sweet potato and chipotle peppers TOTALLY complement one another!
    There were only two of us who eat sweet potatoes at the table and the recipe didn't make alot - so we were ready to fight for the left overs!
    Will make these again for sure!

    I must say that the entire episode that this recipe came from was very enlightening. I had tried to make mashed sweet potatoes in teh past with no luck. My husband and I REALLY enjoy sweet potatoes with more savory additions - and this was great! Steaming the sweet potatoes was essential!
