The recipe is easy to follow and really easy to make. It had a tad more kick so using less peppers may help that. Once we got past the heat we noticed that it was a tad bland so we needed to add some salt. Will definitly have this again!

I served these up with fried catfish last night, and, my, oh my, they were delicious! They are VERY simple, and a great way to use up that half tin of chipotles you've got in the ice box. Double the chiles & the adabo though.

The chipotle with adobo was just enough to give the sweet potatos a nice change, but not too much to overwhelm the dish! Definitely will make this again!

Very Tasty, the Chipotle gives the Sweetness a great kick! Not too much, not too little.

OK I guess I must be a little wimpy when it comes to spicy .. or maybe I did something wrong, tho I followed the recipe exactly, but I didn't see the episode, which may have helped. Anyway I thought they were quite good, but next time I'm going to add a little less of the peppers. I couldn't taste enough of the sweet in the sweet potato, but still very good.

I made this for a dinner party. The people who like a little spice/hotness, enjoyed it. I only used two chipotles out of the can, and trust me, that was enough. I can't see using a whole can, it would be way too much, in overpowering the dish. I would make it again.
