    Just made these last night and they came out great...my husband loved them. I'm considering making these for Thanksgiving...but will like to know what's the green on top of the potatoes?

    These are delicious. Made them as directed the first time and I absolutely loved them but my Fiance considers it a Cardinal Sin not to sweeten the potatoes so the next time I made them I swirled in some honey. That was great as well.

    This was an excellent combination of flavors! My sweet potato non-eaters not only tried it but asked for more! This will be my go to recipe for sweet potatoes.

    very easy to make i think that i underestimated the spiciness of the chipotle and adobo...(was my first time using these ingredients but very nice recipe thanks alton!
