    I enjoyed cooking this meal for the sunday afternoon meal. The kids loved it and Alton's tips from the episode made my first attempt at this type of cooking a success.

    This was the first time that I have tried to fry fish, and I think it came out rather well. I substituted club soda for the brown beer, but all in all it was a good meal.
