a very rich pudding that can easily be made with all milk - even skim if you're watching calories. I added a 1/2 tsp orange extract at the end of cooking instead of the vanilla, and it turned out tasting like a chocolate orange - exceptional!!

The most wonderful, creamy pudding I've ever had. I am gluten intolerant; pudding mixes (Jell-o, Royal, etc. have gluten in them. This home-made mix does not. So if you or anyone you know is also gluten intolerant, try this.

This pudding is creamy, rich, and more chocolatey than it is sweet - great news for chocolate lovers. I have made it with the cream as the recipe says for a VERY rich dessert; I also tried it with 4 cups of whole milk, and it is still every bit as delicious with less fat. Thanks, Alton!
