I loved this recipe. It was so easy plus it makes really good truffles. When I made them everyone loved them.

These truffles were so rich and smooth. 1/4 cup brandy made them a little strong, so I suggest maybe just a little less. I will definitely make them again, and will try different liquors, like Grand Marnier.
