We tried this for Easter and were blown away by the results. I think next time, we'll need a larger ham, as there were no leftovers.

This is definitely a keeper. Everyone in my family wanted the leftovers to take with them.

We really loved this recipe++++++ We were pretty fortunate that Alton could get the ginger snap part from his aunt, besides how could it be bad with bourbon in it! Sean

I found this to be a great recipe even for beginers. My son and I had a great time make this for Easter dinner. His friends use to tease him about his joy of cooking until he saw Mr. Brown on TV. Now he wants to be a Chef when he grows up.
    Thank you Mr. Brown...

This ham was amazing...the gingersnaps gave it an incredible amount of crunch and flavor. It was very tasty. One question...a lot of my gingersnaps 'fell' off the ham...any way to keep them stuck?

By far, this is the most flavorful, most delicious ham I have ever tried! Alton has invented the 8th World Wonder!!!

I hate to repeat what the other reviewers said, but....ALTON BROWN, I LOVE YOU! I will never make another ham recipe again.
