We made this ham with just the mustard and brown sugar because we didn't have bourbon or ginger snaps in the house. It was the probably the best glaze I have ever put on a ham. I can't wait to try the entire recipe!

Guests would have gnawed on the bone if we offered it! We left all the "trimmings" in the pan for thesecond phase of cooking--what a sinful treat... Gourmet pork rinds for the "kitchen crew." Yu-umm!!

I was in charge of Christmas dinner for the first time this year. This recipe helped me get rave reviews from even the most finicky of family members. Alton, dear, I owe you one.

Since I liked Alton's Turkey recipe, I decided to give this a try. My wife thought it was better than a Honey Baked ham. It's really pretty easy to make, and it really does taste great. Maybe next time I'll inject some of the bourbon into the ham.
