    A nice, smooth and dark sauce. I love the deep flavor of dutched cocoa. This recipe came out a little too sweet -- the sugar almost overpowers the chocolate. Next time I'll cut the sugar by 1/4 to 1/2 cup.
    But delicious anyway!

    Since Hershey and all the other syrups went to "Genuine Chocolate Flavor" I gave up on chocolate syrup on vanilla ice cream. Now I look forward to it again. I am also finding new ways to use choclate syrup. This is truly "GOOD EATS"

    This is a simple and easy recipe that creates a sauce even better than hershey's syrup, and without add chemicals and perservatives.

    Not only is this easy but it's the best tasting chocolate syrup I've ever tasted. My niece won't drink store-bought chocolate milk since she tasted this. Great job, Alton.
